With over 15 years in the field, Matt understands the skills, dedication, and heart it takes to thrive in HVAC. Dan Brown- Co-Founder
Dan brings over 15 years of experience in Recruiting and HR, starting his career at a leading staffing agency in Tampa where he helped scale businesses and build impactful careers. He later transitioned into the tech industry, focusing on hiring operations and designing solutions to tackle some of the industry's toughest challenges. Outside of work, Dan enjoys taking his Husky, Buddy, to the beach and cheering on his favorite team, the New York Knicks.
Matt Herron- Co-Founder
Matt began his HVAC career over 15 years ago as a helper after graduating from tech school in Tampa, FL. He quickly advanced from installations to troubleshooting and eventually became a Service Manager, leading a team of 8–10 technicians. With hands-on field experience and a strong grasp of operations, Matt brings a well-rounded perspective to the HVAC industry. A proud father of three boys, he enjoys spending his free time at the basketball court or baseball field, cheering on his sons.
